While browsing various photos on Tumblr I came upon this old Attack of the Clones poster. To this day it is still one of my favorite Star Wars posters and I’m disappointed that I never ended up purchasing it. The way their forbidden love is portrayed in this photo is haunting yet perfectly beautiful.

Was this poster one of your favorites as well? What do you like about it?

 

I’m not quite sure how I wasn’t aware that Star Wars now has it’s own Vinylmation series (you can see the full list of characters here). My mom surprised me with one and I got the Stormtrooper! Vinylmations are like McDonald’s Happy Meals for adults (even though kids collect them too). The excitement of purchasing one and not knowing which character you’ll end up with is thrilling. Or, I might just be obsessed. Here’s a photo I snapped of myself with my two newest Vinylmations. The other non-Star Wars figure is a character (who happens to be an oyster) from Disney’s Alice in Wonderland, one of my favorite movies.

I know I’ve been absent (super busy working two jobs), but hopefully this Vader pumpkin that my husband carved will make up for it. May the Force be with you this Halloween!

 

Yes, it’s that time already! The Clone Wars Season 4 is returning to Cartoon Network on October 7th! That’s THIS FRIDAY! Don’t forget to record it if you’ll be out and if you don’t have CN (as I now don’t) you can watch it on StarWars.com shortly after it airs.
